Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 28 April 2026
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of the Grand Bazaar London website, online reservation tools, offer links and related communications. By using the site or making a reservation, you agree to these terms.
2. Restaurant Information
Grand Bazaar is located at 22 James Street, London W1U 1EJ. Opening hours, menus, prices, table availability, outdoor seating and promotions may change without notice due to operational requirements, weather, supplier changes, private events or legal restrictions.
3. Reservations
A reservation request is not guaranteed until accepted or confirmed by the restaurant. We may contact you by email or telephone to verify details. We may refuse, amend or cancel a booking where details are inaccurate, capacity is unavailable, safety is affected, the booking appears abusive or fraudulent, or circumstances outside our control prevent service.
4. Arrival, Late Guests And Table Duration
Please arrive on time. We may release a table if guests arrive late and cannot be contacted. Table duration may be limited during busy periods. We will try to accommodate changes to party size, time, seating area and special requests, but cannot guarantee them.
5. Allergies And Dietary Requirements
You are responsible for telling us about allergies, intolerances and dietary requirements before ordering. We take reasonable care but cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment because food is prepared in a working kitchen where cross-contact may occur.
6. Conduct
We may refuse service or ask guests to leave where behaviour is abusive, threatening, unsafe, unlawful, disruptive, discriminatory or damaging to staff, guests, property or the reputation of the restaurant.
7. Menus, Prices And Availability
Images are illustrative. Menu items, ingredients, prices and availability can change. Errors on the website may be corrected at any time. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively.
8. Offers And Vouchers
Offer codes are subject to the stated validity period, eligibility, availability and redemption rules. Single-use offers may be linked to a customer record and cannot be reused, transferred, sold or duplicated. We may withdraw an offer if we reasonably suspect misuse, fraud or technical error.
9. Website Use
You must not attack, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, bypass security controls, upload malicious content, submit false reservations, impersonate others or use the website in a way that harms our systems, guests, staff or suppliers.
10. Intellectual Property
The website design, text, branding, images, logos and software are owned by or licensed to Grand Bazaar unless stated otherwise. You may view the site for personal use only and must not reproduce or exploit content without permission.
11. Third Party Links And Services
The site may link to delivery platforms, maps, social media, email providers or other services. We are not responsible for third party websites, terms, privacy practices, availability or content.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, website downtime, third party failures, inaccurate user-submitted details or events outside our reasonable control.
13. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including fire, flood, power failure, internet failure, supplier issues, strikes, public health restrictions, severe weather, terrorism, civil unrest or government action.
14. Privacy
Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and GDPR information page. By making a booking, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to provide details for your party.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law gives you additional rights.
